A dining table has to fit three things at once: your room, your family and the way you host. We build dining tables to order in solid wood. You choose the length, width, height, shape and finish, and we make sure chairs pull out freely and the room still breathes. Every top is finished for real life: hot dishes, homework and everything in between.

  • Teak

    Naturally stable and moisture-resistant: the classic choice.

  • Oak & ash

    Lighter tones with pronounced grain for contemporary rooms.

  • Walnut tones

    Deeper, richer palettes for formal dining spaces.

Care

Use trivets under very hot dishes, wipe spills promptly and avoid harsh cleaners. Oiled tops like a re-oil once a year; lacquered tops just need a damp cloth and a dry buff.

Case study

An eight-seater that clears the sideboard

Client requirement
A family who hosts every weekend wanted to seat eight, but a fixed sideboard and a door swing limited the room.
Design direction
We proposed a 220 × 100 cm oval top on a twin-pedestal base. The oval softens the walkway past the sideboard, and pedestals free up leg room at the ends.
Final result
Eight chairs fit with full pull-out clearance, the door swings clean, and the table’s teak top was finished to echo the client’s existing woodwork.

How many people should my dining table seat?

Allow roughly 60 centimetres of table edge per person. A 6-seater typically runs 160–180 cm long, an 8-seater 210–240 cm. We also check circulation space in your room so chairs can pull out comfortably.

How do I care for solid wood furniture?

Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture, dust with a soft dry cloth, and wipe spills immediately. Once or twice a year, feed the surface with a suitable wood polish or wax depending on the finish, and we include care instructions with every delivery.

What information do you need for a quote?

The type of piece, approximate dimensions or the room it will live in, your preferred materials if known, and any reference images. With those we can give an initial estimate, refined after the consultation and measurement visit.
