Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

At AAF All About Furniture, every piece of furniture is thoughtfully designed and manufactured based on each customer’s unique requirements. As our products are custom-made, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom-Made Furniture

All furniture manufactured by AAF All About Furniture is made according to the customer’s selected:

Dimensions
Design
Material
Fabric or Upholstery
Finish
Color
Other customization preferences

Because each order is produced specifically for an individual customer, it cannot be resold to another customer.

2. No Returns

We do not accept returns for:

Customized furniture
Made-to-order products
Products manufactured as per customer specifications
Products approved by the customer before production

Once a product has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned.

3. No Refunds

All payments made towards custom furniture orders are non-refundable.

Refund requests will not be accepted due to reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change in interior design preferences
Color or finish preferences after production
Delay caused by customer-side scheduling or site readiness
Cancellation after production has commenced

4. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before manufacturing begins. However:

Any design, consultation, material procurement, or administrative costs already incurred may be deducted.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Approval of any cancellation request remains solely at the discretion of AAF All About Furniture.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during delivery,
Incorrect compared to the confirmed order, or
Has a manufacturing defect,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Order details
Photographs or videos showing the issue
A description of the concern

After inspection, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement of the affected component, or any other suitable remedy. Refunds will generally not be provided.

6. Warranty Claims

Any manufacturing defects covered under the applicable warranty will be handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy. Warranty service may include repair or replacement of defective components where applicable.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Accurate measurements and specifications are provided before production.
Adequate access is available for delivery and installation.
Final design, materials, finishes, and dimensions are reviewed and approved before manufacturing begins.

AAF All About Furniture will not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information or approvals provided by the customer.
