At All About Furniture (AAF), we are committed to delivering premium-quality, customized furniture safely and on time.

Manufacturing & Dispatch Timeline

  • All our products are made-to-order and manufactured after order confirmation.

  • Manufacturing typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the design, size, and material selection.

  • Once manufacturing and quality checks are completed, the product is dispatched for delivery.

Delivery Locations

  • We offer delivery across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and accessibility.

Delivery Process

  • Our logistics team will contact you before delivery to schedule a convenient time.

  • Furniture is delivered with secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Basic delivery includes placement at the entrance of your premises.

  • Installation or assembly support (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delays

While we strive to meet all timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or regional restrictions may cause delays. Customers will be informed in such cases.


Return & Cancellation Policy

Since our furniture is custom-made and personalized, returns are limited and governed by the following conditions.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without any charges.

  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible as manufacturing begins.

  • In case of approved cancellations after 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The delivered product does not match the confirmed order specifications

Return Process

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos.

  • Our team will review the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized furniture made as per customer-selected size, color, fabric, or design

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear


Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping or logistics charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.


Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets AAF’s standards of craftsmanship, comfort, and durability.
