  • Once the order has been processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If an order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.

  • If the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • If an incorrect product is delivered.

Non-Refundable Items

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
