  • Once customization details are finalized and approved, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm an order.

  • Taxes, delivery charges, or installation fees (if applicable) will be communicated during order confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and order details are approved.

  • AAF reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, stock limitations, or technical errors.

5. Manufacturing & Delivery

  • Since products are made-to-order, manufacturing timelines typically range between 2–4 weeks.

  • Delivery timelines depend on location, logistics availability, and external factors.

  • Any delays will be communicated to the customer whenever possible.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Once manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be permitted or may incur a cancellation charge.

  • Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of AAF.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable, except in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Damage during transit

    • Incorrect product delivered

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Warranty

  • AAF provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage due to misuse or improper handling

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty terms may vary by product and will be shared during order confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of AAF – All About Furniture.
