Absolutely loved my experience with Estre! I found the perfect princess bed I had been looking for for my daughter. Bought the Estre Indiana sofa in 2024. I recently reached out to the team as there was some issue with the mechanism. Kavya from customer support helped me with my request. She was polite , prompt and was able to quickly provide support. She arranged for the technician within 24 hours and had the issue resolved. I would highly recommend Estre furniture. Beautiful leatherette king size hydraulic cot : My recent buy from Estre was an amazing choice that I made. Wonderful staff coordinated up to the mark delivered the product a week later than promised date but I sincerely appreciate their effort in meeting my expectations I was perplexed as they catered to my specifications. Simply go for it they abide by their words in terms of quality and style. Good job team. (Tara Amisha and Kavya )I instructed over the phone call and they dint disappoint me. They helped in dismantling and shifting swapping of other existing cot with a nominal fare…. Thank you Estre…..

Fantastic Sofa, Chaotic Process though — Store Needs Customer Service Reform

Let me start with the good part: the final product is genuinely excellent.
After all the back-and-forth, the sofa they delivered is top-notch in quality, beautifully finished, and exactly what we had envisioned. The fabric, the recliner, the lounger - all just come together like a perfect combination. I really like the fabric quality, finishing of the final deliverable. The delivery team, too, handled the final handover gracefully and professionally.

But here’s the part future buyers deserve to know:
The journey to get that sofa was exhausting and unnecessarily stressful for me.

I booked an L-shaped recliner sofa in October with a promised delivery date of 1st November. When the date arrived, there was no proactive communication about the delay. I had to follow up repeatedly, and only after four days did someone inform me that the sofa was “ready.”

Except… it wasn’t.
They had built the wrong layout — the L-shape was flipped entirely from what was approved. This was despite sharing a clear design and having their technician take measurements at my home.

Even after pointing out the mistake, the team kept missing deadlines, often without any explanation or proactive updates.

Now to be fair — and this is important, they went throw bit of churn in their staff as the person handling my sofa purchase left Estre in-between, so all of this could have been attributed to that — once the feedback was escalated, the team did fix the issues, and the final sofa turned out excellent in both comfort and craftsmanship. The last-mile delivery experience was smooth and respectful too.

Final verdict:
If you’re patient and willing to chase them, you may end up with a beautiful piece of furniture. But the store desperately needs to improve its communication, accountability, and scheduling. Great products could be delivered through a professional process. I would still visit the store for my furniture needs as the product matters at the end of the day and that fills all the interim process gaps.

I have recently purchased a sofa from Estre Furnitures and I truly loved it! I bought a 5 seater sofa with a single recliner, it is really comfortable and look phenomenal,made my home look 10x better! The build quality and the materials like the leather and foamings are top quality. The customisations were done exactly like I needed!
